Who we are and what we do
NTZNS is a digital fashion & luxury creative studio that design and curate interoperable
digital wardrobes, in-game fashion multi-brand stores, and virtual fashion
experiential meta-places allowing designers, brands, and influencers to connect with
their audiences.

In this way we collect valuable data, allowing brands, designers, and influencers to
take the right decisions and build armies of loyal fans.
We aim to eliminate overproduction, build a really sustainable fashion process, with
80% less design and selling expenses, and create a fashion environment standing on
inclusivity and diversity.


Our vision
NTZNS is the abbreviation of the world NETIZENS which means the citIZENS of the
interNET. And this is exactly what we manifest through our company. An unlimited world
without borders, boundaries, gravity, discriminations, and stereotypes.
Our vision is to
build digital worlds on a foundation of equality, sustainability, freedom, inclusivity,
diversity and evolution.
And to do this we use fashion as a vehicle because today fashion is
more than garments on a runway, in a showroom and on super models in magazines. Today
fashion is a statement, a tribe that builds community, an experience extended beyond the
garments and influences the way of living, the way of working and our need for constantly
change and creativity. Today fashion connects everything and changes everything. Mostly
it’s a voice that demands this world to be better!
We, the NTZNS, want to be that voice. NTZNS is not another business, it’s a manifesto. We
don’t have a job, we have a platform that connects brands, designers, influencers and
fashion lovers
to a purpose of making this world better, seek and lead to the evolution.

Our business model and strategy
We started with a question, why do we buy physical clothes weekly? Do we really need
another one T-shirt? The 65% of people have clothes in their closet that never wear them.
The 60% of garments on retail stores selves remain unsold.
The reason we buy is because we like to see ourselves in a new look daily. Fresh, new and
relevant. In short, we build our own personal brand for social or professional reasons.
But today, that we promote ourselves in social media, making a huge effort to build our
digital identity, why do we wear physical clothes in our digital selves? 70% of younger
consumers in the US said their digital identity was important to them, and The Business of
Fashion
and McKinsey predicts sales of “skins” in online games could grow to $70bn by
2024.
We need more digital clothes than physical when it comes to self-identity. Wearing digital
clothes expands your abilities beyond physical limitations. In digital you have no gravity,
no textile limitations, no need for something to protect your skin.
You enter to a new reality focusing more on emotions, statements and the message of being
yourself. You become more creative liberating from stereotypes and traditional concepts.
Welcome to a world with no gravity.
Our purpose is not to replace physical with digital, on the contrary, what we want is to grab
the opportunity that technology of blockchain, VR, AR and AI give us to build simulation
worlds that give us future predictions. Imagine a brand to know if the new collection will
succeed, and to know in accuracy how many pieces of this white shirt in small size will sell
in the coming season and in which market, before even create it physically. The ability to
have this knowledge to eliminate expenses, environmental impact and overproduction.
Furthermore, our business model aims more to connect people with brands and designers
in a way that together will understand each other under a sense of co-creation
(democratisation and personalisation).
Because it is important to have in our mind that behind of everything we do there are
people, humans who need to build and work in a better environment (personal and
professional lifestyle).
NTZNS stand on values of freedom, sustainability and human evolution.


What we achieved until now heading on the above direction:
– It started as an idea 10 yrs ago, but we took the decision to realize it on November
2020. We worked hard to bring it live and in April 2022 we incorporated NTZNS S.A.
– We have an international team that stands in diversity and inclusivity. Our HQ is in
Athens, our Marketing team is in Milan and our creative team is in Milan and Rome.
Our team consists of 6 nationalities\origins and in our BoD there are 50% males and
50% females. To be honest, we didn’t make a huge effort to make it happen as this is
who we are and what we believe we should work on. Our cultural statement.
– In collaboration with Snapchat. We are one out of seven companies in the world
who started collaboration on a specific beta version of a new tool with Snapchat. In
June 2022, we will have the first beta AR App that people can fit, buy, vote, upload in
social with a click and collect NFT digital fashion garments.
– We are working on fashion NTZNS NFT platform, which will be ready before the end
of the summer 2022.
– We are recognised as one of the companies that will shape the digital fashion
industry
in this decade by World Wide Report. NTZNS is in the same list with Gucci,
Ralph Lauren and Prada.

– We are in building community phase having 850 digital fashion designers, creating
awareness and selling digital garments through our eCommerce ntzns.com. We are
proud of this community because we create in person relationship with each one of
the designers. Through our website people and media become familiar with digital
clothes.
– We are working with known fashion brands to 3D experiential concepts for their
showroom and stores.
– We are working with gaming platforms creating interoperable digital wardrobes for
gamers and influencers.
– We are in conversation with big companies in VR\AR like Unreal Engine, Ready
Player Me, Emperia, Meta
and more. We have already started working on some
projects with some of those companies.
– We are in collaboration with media like Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Elle for digital
productions.

– We are in fundraising with a VC in June 2022 and we are in discussion with BAs
giving the opportunity to help people gain of this amazing opportunity that shifts
the fashion industry and for us to implement our projects faster and be ahead of the
